It is no point to set up a shuttle bus by using 13000/month and only 6 bus/day, 6days/week.
But at the same time Summit Terrace need to give $5,512 per month to maintain the shuttle bus. That means all the owners need to shared these $5,512 although only 114 peoples can use the service.
24 peoples X 6 bus =114 people can be served per day.
each people need to pay $2. i.e they saved $0.3/day compared with 95A
Each person saved 26days X $0.3=$7.8 per month.
So totally 114 persons can saved 114 X 7.8=$889.2
For Summit Terrace in a whole, we need to pay $5512 more, but only save $889.2????????? |

如果只係早上提供服務,相信又會引起業主們另一次的爭議了,因為有部份人是享用不到的,雖說是用者自負,但部份支出仍是要靠管理費補上的,况且大家原意是想擁有一部屬於翠豐的村巴,提高屋苑質素和方便住客出入千色店和街市一帶,如只是早上提供這麼疏落的班次,確實是很無謂,点解委員會諗每樣嘢都唔make sense嘅,攪到紛爭這麼多,真可悲!  |

十分贊同 SHUTTLE BUS 之服務時間要加長.
另外相信有較多之家庭主婦及外傭需往街市買送, 建議在楊屋道街市附近有站, 因街市街之街市物價較貴. |

just sit in in the next meeting and make our comments offically logged in minutes. I believe they don't want anything bad to them in official black and white documents.  |
