有關 ︰ 翠豐臺火警逃生演習

客戶服務中心將於二零零五年十月十三日 ( 星期四 ) 下午三時正 舉行屋苑火警逃生演習，以加強業戶對火警逃生意識及熟習逃生路線。

當火警演習時，每座均有一部消防升降機暫停服務，而消防警鐘亦會鳴響。屆時，請參與演習之業戶沿各層後樓梯走落地下並離開大廈，然後往二座地下對出郵筒集合及登記。

另外，於火警演習完畢後，消防署職員將於 P5 會所多用途室舉行火警逃生講座 ，屆時並派發署方印製之防火指引，以供有興趣的業戶索閱。

火警演習及火警逃生講座需時約一小時，為確保家居安全，住戶離開單位時請緊記關閉所有家電、煤氣用具及將門窗鎖上。本中心誠意邀各位參與是次火警演習。如對上述事宜有任何查詢，請致電 2413 8222 與客戶服務中心職員聯絡。

Re.: Fire Drill for Summit Terrace

A fire drill is scheduled to be held at 3:00p.m. on 13 October 2005 (Thursday) in our estate to strengthen the occupants’ awareness and their familiarity towards the fire escape routes in case of fire.

During the drill, the fireman lift of each tower will be suspended and the fire alarm system will be activated. Upon hearing the alarm, residents who wish to participate in the drill should evacuate through the staircase and proceed to the assembly point which near the posting box outside Tower 2.

Besides, a fire drill talk will be arranged by the representative of Fire Services Department after the completion of fire drill at Function Room of P5 Clubhouse. And Fire Prevention Guideline will be distributed to occupants for reference.

The drill and the talk will normally last for an hour. For the sake of security and safety, all residents are reminded to switch off all electrical and gas appliances and lock up the windows and main door properly before leaving the premises. We earnestly request all residents to join the drill. Should you have any queries, please contact the Customer Services Centre staff at 2413 8222.
