CSADMIN : Please reflect our opinion to EPD at once. Not only the flat facing sea, but also the flat facing hill can hear the 'woo woo' sound for 24 hours. I have already used the 'sound absorb cotton' but still cannot block all the noise.

how about the progress of the follow-up action?

From my experience (facing the sea), most of the noise (woo woo) is generated from the factory on the top floor from the green block. (it operates from 8am to 10pm even 11pm from Monday to Sunday). When it closes, the noise level reduce significantly. It seems that the factory operates longer and longer now.

I cannot open my window facing the sea as it was noisy. Please follow up with EPD on any possible measures. (e.g. recudce the number of exhaust fans facing Summit Terrace / reduce the number of exhaust fans operated).
