請問水務署進行之改善廁所水工程完工未? 於幾時完成?
現在的廁所水仍是黃色的

有關廁所水改善工程，水務局預計於8月中完成，而本中心亦會與水務局保持聯絡及密切留意有關改善工程之效果。

There's still no improvement on the toilet water. The water is still yellowish and mixed with some unidentify objects.

In addition, there's still bad smell from the toilet water. You can see that the base of the toilet becomes yellow.

Please follow-up this matter closely as it's not hygenic to our life. The cleaningness of toilet is very important.

Any reply from Water Supply Dept ???? It's already 22 Aug 2004.

本中心日前收到水務處通知，指已完成為翠豐臺改用另一套之咸水供應系統工程；此外，水務處表示由於現時青山公路正進行5號幹線掘地工程，故咸水供應工程仍需配合5號幹線之進度，各業戶可留意沖廁水質之改善情況。

But why the toilet water system is affected by the No.5 highway contract ? If so, other buildings nearby should also have the same problem. Has Mana gement Office written to Water Supply Dept for enquiry ? If so, what's the reply from Water Supply Dept ??

I don't think it's a satisfactory answer from Water Supply Dept without giving a reason why the toilet water system is linked to the No. 5 highway contract.

Also, Management Office should inform the owner the progress promptly.

Pls follow-up the matter promptly as I am afraid that too much dirty objects sinked at the toilet would affect the toilet in long term.

係啦，無廁所水都應該預早通知呀！

因發現位於現有前往屯門公路之臨時天橋橋躉下一條供應本苑沖廁之咸水喉管爆裂漏水，故暫停本苑沖廁水供應。

由於水管位置處於橋躉下，為免影響臨時天橋之地基結構，故需要較長時間進行修復工程。如有進一步消息，本中心將盡快向各業戶通報。

此外，今午將於每部升降機內張貼比較詳細之通告以取代星期日之臨時通告，以便各業戶留意。

今日收到水務署通知，會於1-9-2004(星期三)恢復供應咸水(已於每座4部升降機內張貼由水務局發出之停水通知)。但請各業戶留意，由於經過3天暫停供水，當明天恢復時，來水可能存有細沙，故業戶們需留意最先幾次(頭幾次)沖廁水來水之情況。

Yes, I feel the same. Of course, the yellowish problem is improved as compared that in 8/2004, I still find that the bottome of the toilet still have a layer of yellowish after a few days. I have reflected this problem of MO and referred the case to Water Supply Dept for follow-up. The staff of Water Supply Dept. told me that all the estates nearby us the same quality of water from the sea. There's no complaints from other estates or ST's occupants except me.

So, if more people face this problem, they should report to MO for follow-up.
