我想問下向山單位o既電視接收會唔會有好多雪花同鬼影? 有沒有方法可以收好d?

(我已經找師父睇過,佢話向山單位近發射站,所以會收埋發射站果d訊號,雜訊太多.所以,影響接收.我問佢加個放大器,佢話唔關入o黎果個singal事,因為佢合check過ok冇問題.我問佢可以點搞.佢話要搞大廈個系統, 大家點睇?)

我住5座A單位 (高層), 電視接收沒有問題.

我CRT 同 LCD 都有. 但係都係一樣.... 有雪花同鬼影

Not reasonable. I believe that all Flat using same Public Antenna.

I also face this problem before. I made 2 times complain.
First time, ST send a technician to check our flat lift lobby TV cable connection. After he said that connection no problem. That may be affected by i-cable.
I'm very angry and made complain again. After 1 week, ST customer service send someone to check there public antenna and solved the problem. The check period no need to open the door and waiting technician coming.

Hello,

I have the same problem and still waiting for their reply. Their explanation is not good. I think it is time to ask them to sit in our monthly meeting with Q&A seesion. I am not sure whether it is in-building cabling quality problem. This will cause different signal quality with the same source in different apartment. Hope that someone from building management can follow up the case and let us know what kind of cable they are using to buid up the in-house wiring and also what is the main reason to place the antenna in current location. Is there any better place to put it?

Although we are not technical guys, at least we could seek for other technical advice if we have those information on hand.

Same problem is happening to me.

The techncian came to my house and inspect the tv signal twice and no improvement at all, because they do nothing after inspection. They have even not checked the connection of the socket and just say the signal is OK. (the signal is worse than public housing by HA)

Yesterday the TV signal is so weak and the screen is snowly!

BTW, can MO arrange a throughful inspection on Sat or Sun, it is totally unacceptable requesting us to take leave to wait for the techncian to repair and do nothing after that!

Hello,

Yes, it seems the TV signal is much worse than before on these few weeks. I have asked MO to follow up and they just told that engineer is checking and see whether there is any improvement can be done. The situation is like our booking system. Always checking without schedule and improvement.
