Is there any plan that Management Office will provide the cleaning service for the windows, say once a year. I think it is impossible to clean the BIG window by myself.

Yes, it's a good idea as it's so dangerous to clean the window by occupants (it may have the risk of falling down !!!).

I hope managment office would seriously consider this issue. Thanks.
