有時身水身汗真係好難忍~~~~~~

` For the Customer Services Centre, you are advised to resolve the ventilation problem of all the lift car for whole estate immediately, not only to post up the circulation for residents' enquiry.

` As the take-over period was starting from mid-August 2003 (Summer) for Block 1, there are so many requests and complaints made from the Residents to the Customer Services Centre concerning the said problem as I known.

` The Practical Completion Date of the Main Contract of Summit Terrace dated 19 May 2003, and you are the delegated DMC Manager by the Developer (Gavast Estates Ltd.), in fact, I was disappointed that as I believe that you are the responsible Manager of Summit Terrace, but you should not to take any prompt action to resolve the aforesaid ventilation problem for almost ONE-YEAR ago!

本中心於日前進行以下試驗安排﹕
1)拆除升降機內之保護膠箱﹕
1座,2座,3座及5座----中間兩部升降機。
2)改用光管以減低機箱之溫度﹕
1座3號升降機，及
2座6號升降機。
本中心祈以上安排能對升降機室溫減低產生作用，另本中心亦會繼續尋找更多有效方法以改善以上問題。

On the other hand, will you consider to replace the fan to solve the problem?? Invitation the Lift' Contractor to quote the price first?

可否安裝鴻運線呀? 因為我住在以往的舊式屋苑也是用這個方法,都幾可行ga !

Yes, it's still very hot in the lift. Other builidings seemsdo not have such problem (like commercial building).

I don't think it's a difficult problem to solve if Management Office can gather some information from contractor or other management office of residential building.

Management office : would u follow this matter promptly ???

i think now lifts in tower 5 are okay !
