I wonder if every landlord needs to buy fire insurance for the mortgage bank. In fact, I've obtained a copy of master policy from club house b4 but my mortgage bank doesn't recognize due to no specific description about fire protection within the contract terms. I'd really like to know if Nam Fung intends to buy any master fire policy for the premises just like other developers, e.g. Sun Hung Kei.

In fact, I also got a copy of the Public Liability & All Risk of Summit Terrace and forward to our mortgagee, but the mortgagee could not accept the master policy that because no any specification to prove the insurance is/not covered to our premises, in this connection, I was disappointed.
