For security, I think MOST of owners will self replace the door lock when they are moving in, because both of us are especially concern of our safety.

Actually, if Customer Services Centre provide replacement service of door lock will be better, but...this is our response because we need to protect our safety and value, right?

In fact, both of us (CSC & the owner who haven't replace his/her door lock) need response in this incident, but now, are they (CSC) trying to solve their problem and improve their services?

I'm look forward CSC will solve the problem ASAP.
