Am I allowed to I repaint the front door to a different colour?

Hmm... I guess that is a yes.
I'm planning on painting the door bright pink with a dash of yellow on the trim of the doors. When my friends visit me, they will sure know which apartment is mine. |

It sounded as a creative idea. 
However, in order to maintain the consistency of the appearance along the corridor, you are not recommended to do so.

For your information, as an estate manager, we have the duty to maintain the facade or exterior appearance of any part of the estate.
Relevant information you are welcome to find at the Clause 2, Third Schedule of the Estate Rules in DMC for your reference. |
