我們屋苑的觀光電梯基本上是無設防的，任何外來人都可以乘搭，而3樓又可以通往一座平台花園，這樣表示知情的外人可以隨便進入一座的平台花園，這似乎是一大保安漏洞。

請問大廈管理會否考慮在觀光電梯入口加設保安大門呢？

At the mean time, there are smart card/CCTV systems which located at all the main entries for accessing and monitoring. Besides, our security team have regular and systematic patrol scheme for estate area inspection.

We would kindly consider further and discuss the captioned.
