I have one suggestion for the basketball court.

Actually, I use the basketball court a lot because I love playing here with my friends. About the price increase, ofcourse I don't like it. But I will accept it because there is nothing I can do.

However, I don't like it when they change from booking 2 hour to only 1 hour. Some people say that if one family book the basketball court for 2 hours then 4 families cannot play bedminton (2 court x 2 hour). As a basketball court user myself, I find that one hour of basketball is not enough. So, my suggestion to csadmin/clubhouse is to make a net or fence in the middle of the court. I think the court is about 3/4 of a full basketball court. Is it possible to build a net or fence to seperate the basketball side and leave one bedminton available. This way, the people who want to book the basketball court can book for 2 hour and one court is still available for the other 2 families of bedminton lover.

Another advantage is that the clubhouse can fully uterlize the gym for basketball and bedminton. Also, the fee for basketball can be lower again.

We would like to consider the feasibility of installing the net in the Sport Hall. However, the cost of the net together with its installation takes about several hundred thousand HK dollars (let alone maintenance). In view of this, we need to seek approval by the Owners' Committee.
Besides, carrying out the basketball game and the badminton activity simultaneously in the same venue is considered inappropriate to a certain extent.

So, will there be a follow up with this matter or is this a rejection of the suggestion??? Will you bring this up at Owners' Committee meeting???

Also, if this suggestion of installing a net is not approved. Is it possible to change the reservation back to 2 hours again??? I don't think it's a problem b/c it's still first come first serve, right??? If everything is not approved, I think the clubhouse has created an unfair suitation for the basketball court user. Making the change in the first place will just make the bedminton lover a favour. However, for the basketball lover... SORRY!!

Because the half of the basketball court is equivalent to one and a half badminton court (appendix 1), it is therefore not feasible to install the net.

Besides, in order that more residents can enjoy the club house facilities, those frequently-used facilities like the basketball and badminton courts will only be booked for one hour.
