I first compalined at the CSC thro' the °ÝÃD¶×³ø". A staff of CSC the made a home visit to see my situation of the yellowish problem. There's explanation from the staff of the central problem of the yellowish and told me that my situation is not bad. Later, there's no improvement to the flushing water and I made further complaint to CSS. My case was then referred to Water Supply Dept and a staff of WSD then called me and enquired my situation. The staff told me that I could monitor the situation for sometime to see if there's improvement. If so, the proper channel is to report to our CSC for their referal of the case to WSD.

Frnakly, the situation of yellowish had much improvement but the problem is still there. But I cannot say that the quality of the flushing water is so yellowish to the extend of ¤£¯à§Ô¨ü". I thus fail to make further complaint to CSC. If other people have complaints, I think it's more convicing for the WSD/CSC to face the problem.

Yes, my problem is exactly as that of Panky's. The yellowish is not caused by self-usage but the water problem. My mother's home would not have such problem even in the Sham Shui Po Distrct (i.e. old district). I wonder why ST's flushing water is like that.

In addition, I found some black color "thing" (don't know what it is) would come out (­Ë¬y) if I use a brush to clean the bottom of the toilet.

Staff of CSC had explained that the yellowish may be due to the low usage rate during day time as our ST people mostly need to go out for work at day time.

Some improvement work on the flush water pipe had been done by WSD. Staff of WSD also told me that it also depends on the cleaningness of the water tank at ST.

To conclude, I still find that the flushing water of ST is rather yellowish which is not normal as compared with other residential estate.

If the nearby estates do not have this problem, then ST should have some problem in the flushing water.
