I'm using HGC telephone line and board-band, but I've got experiences that the line was out of order. According to HGC, the problem was due to the removal of the line by PCCW worker accidentally when they were instaling their lines for their customers (All providers are renting lines from PCCW!). I wonder if it was true! Is anybody using telephone lines and board-band other than PCCW facing the similar problems? Or just because I'm so unlucky?  |

Complaint la. Occasionally to jam the line . because the line cannot afford to capacity the user. The line is out of order .  |

I am now using HGC telephone line, I found that when I finished the call then pick up for another call, I need to try 3 times to get the line.  |
