if I were you, I will sell out immediately, then buy your next flat (Higher level), becasue there are still have 20 flats are not yet sold out(yr next room).  |

首先睇下賣了買唔得返類似單位 (ST 或其他屋苑)，其次問自己賣了就算買唔返有無地方住或係咪一定要自住，買樓亦算一個投資，有咁多執如果有地方住就一定放得過 
但有 D agent 只係試價，你隔離單位未賣，有人想買埋你個單位打通都唔出奇，如果你心大心細，可以比個底線自己，大多佢幾萬，如果仲有誠意傾，即係堅料，到時仲可執多幾萬，如果佢即刻縮沙，即係試價多，可以唔洗點理  |
