Is it possible to have a soft copy of meeting agendas and minutes for members interested?

I believe I have the right to know what's going on in the meetings as a member.

Committee members please give me a reply or I'll bring it up in next committee meeting.

is the committee require to file a report, say quarterly, to us?
if otherwise, how can we sure they're acting on our best behalf? I don't even know any of them~~!
