i suggestion set a BBQ site in summit terrace coz i know many resident in summit terrace is dying to have a bbq in this place and no need to go to other places the cost is not very expense i think below 1000 can ok ka la
but need the club approve law coz this is cheap and can bring us many funs and nice memories

I agree to have a BBQ area, may be it can located in tower 1 or club house (near Tennis court with sea view), some area of summit terrace is waste, especially for outdoor children playground and sitting area in Tower 1.

bbq好係好....不過要有個空曠地方....唔係d油煙對低層住戶好大影響....衛生都係好重要...bbq完左清理好大問題...例如:地上蜜糖,食物油漬...都係好難清除...要洗地才可完全清潔....唔係長遠迎bbq場地方衛生會好差

我都好贊成如果屋苑可以提供bbq既設施呀, 其實依家好多新既屋苑都會有, 而且荃灣冇乜可以bbq既好地方, 如果我地個屋苑可以提供既話, 可以約埋三五知己一齊去, 一定會好開心. 但係點樣先可以令我地既會所提供呢樣設施呢? 要等幾耐先可以知道呢個方案實唔實行到呢?

I disagree to have a bbq site. Hygenic and noise are very erious problem. I don't think people will just sit at bbq site silently. The noise pollution will be serious and it's difficult to make people not to make much noise when they are enjoying the bbq.

The dirty place would destroy the facility of the esate (dirty floor/chair etc). Why people not to go outside (e.g. countryside) to enjoy bbq ??? I don't think it is worthwhile to incurr extra costs in cleaning which is paid out of our management fee to subsidize those who would like to have bbq at ST because of convenient reason.

咁咪睇下多唔多人贊成有呢樣設施囉? 咁自己屋苑有呢樣就梗係最好啦, 無可否認真係好方便喎, 但至於會有噪音既問題, 可以訂一段時間先會有呢d設施架, 咁可以避免晚間騷擾到d住客架, 咁就算係冇bbq呢樣野, 可能都會有其他方面既噪音發生架啦. 至於清潔方面, 每樣設施都最緊要係住客識得自律啫, 我諗大家都唔會刻去破壞大家所享受緊既居住環境既. 我諗呢個設施所佔既面積都唔會大, 咁清潔方面亦未必真係需再額外再俾一d清潔費黎處理囉, 每樣設施都實會有人用, 有人唔用架啦, 管理費都係要俾架, 冇可能唔用既, 就好驚d錢原來就係響自己所俾出黎既管理費度俾d佢地唔用既設施架. Right !!! occupants may not enjoy every facilities even they have paid management fee. But the addition of a facilitiy should be popular and useful to most of the occupants (not minority or only half of them). If a facility/service is not useful to a particular occupant, he/she could choose not to use it without any side effect.

However, the side effects on noise and hygenic problems are so crucial that affects the quality of life of all occupants in ST (especially the occupants of lower floor). Don't forget that if the noise problem can not be solved, some occupants are force to suffer from it every weekends.

I don't think it's easy to guarantee that every occupants and visitors using the bbq site are to be so self-disciplined. U can see the problem of placing the shoes out of the corridor. Warning letters have been sent to occupants and enforcement actions have been taken. The result is that someone still continue to place the shoes on the public place. I just want to point out that expecting self-disciplined at public place is not easy. I am not intending to criticize anyone at web site.

That's my view.

我諗你梗係住低層架喇, 不過我都係. 我覺得唔好將d問題放大喇, 每個人對噪音既標準都唔同既, 可能冇你想像中咁嚴重呢. 我當然覺得如果大部人都贊成有呢樣野先可行啦, 如果少人既話, 呢個方案根本就通過唔到架. 至於, 自律方面, 都唔可以拉埋d鞋擺晒響門口黎一齊講既, 我都知每度地方硬係都有d唔守規矩既人, 起碼我見有咁多人響個個topic表示對呢件事既不滿, 就知, 其實都有好多人好守規矩呀, 重會企埋同一陣線添, 咁唔需要太擔心呀, 同埋如果租用既人, 搞到d地方好污糟既話, 咪下次禁止佢地再用囉, 最緊要訂清楚個d細則, 我諗d住戶都唔想下次冇得用架.

因為MO唔打算拆任何野，所以唯有swimming pool 裏面，秋冬停用時，改ＢＢＱ，所以三及五座中低層最受影嚮，所以即場個個都話唔要BBQ場。
