我剛想在網上預訂網球場，試左幾次都係唔成功。click 完日期時間之後再按「下一頁」，佢就彈左句紅色字出黎：「租場者之使用者組別並未於收費中設定」。單從字面上而言，已經完全唔知佢蹹乜野。簡直一頭霧水！
請解答！ |

I tried to make booking of Club's facilities thro' internet. However, It can't be successful as there's no respond after clicking date at the calender and "next page". What's the problem ???
I even have no opportunity to choose the time of the book date.
Pls advise ??? |

it need a long time to loading time selections ...........!
u can move your mouse to top of window where it is a loading symbol !
pls wait, then u can see the time selection section.
but i have not tried the real booking item, so i don't know it is work or not after select the time-slot !

I still try again and wait for the loading time. It is still unsuccessful.
It seems that the loading time is unreasonable long and the computer will show "no respond" so that I can't continue to wait.
Is it the problem of this booking system ?? Can the loading time be improved ?? Otherwise, it's useless for the occupants. |

Hello all,
I have tried to using the system several times and found system is in poor design with very slow reponse and poor stability. In addition, I have found one to two times that page is loading with errors but no one noticed until I called the club house staff to check it. Hope someone can mention what is the follow up action and the coming improvement schedule. I think I cannot accept just by saying "we are following up the case". Thx.

軟件公司現正編寫新版本系統以改良現時各用者遇到之問題，如﹕登錄需時、穩定性不足等。
當改良後之新版本系統推出後，預期以上情況將會有顯著改善。
