I suggest owners attend the meeting IN PRESENT, NOT in proxy
Because if you are busy and no time to join the meeting,
but giving the proxy to another person, they didn't know your intends,
so it becomes unfair.
Pls try to spend time and self attend the owners meeting in next week.

所以在我立場，其實只是考慮應否有業主立案法團，既然自己都分唔清，我可能考慮放棄投棄權票 Confused

Actually, most of Estates has already formed an Owners' Incorporation, but also lots of Estates haven't formed.

If Summit Terrace need to form an Owners' Incorporation, I don't think the management or co-ordination will be better this moment, just depends on the members' behaviour in good conditions or selfish....

Hopeful most of Owners could sincerely consideration.
