完全同意,這是往客會所,係"私人地方!!!!",吾係開放公共使用!!!!!!!!請大家注意一下有一d人當會所是公共的!!!!!!

本人建議會所的全部出入口都應裝上密碼鎖或像各座正門的"拍卡"鎖.

As one of the owners, I just wanted to make sure everyone understand "our" Club house is for people living in Summit Terrace "ONLY", not OPEN for PUBLIC!!!! And God knows what those "non-invited visitors" were coming for... you never know if they put a spot camera in the changing room or if they hide in the club somewhere upto somethings really bad...

I suggest we should put locks on the Club house's entries, just like every single towers' entries.

客戶服務中心一直亦十分關注以上問題，並有以下三方面之安排﹕
一)保安方面﹕
鑑於翠豐臺現仍處於售樓階段，故假日期間有較多參觀睇樓及地產代理人士進出會所。但本中心亦已作出相應之措施安排﹕i)為各進出會所之睇樓人士及地產代理進行登記；ii)要求進出會所之住戶出示智能咭以識別身份；iii)加派保安人員及會所職員在會所巡邏。祁以上措施能夠在不影響屋苑住戶出入之同時，亦能減低太多外來人士對住戶所造成之滋擾。
二)設施方面﹕
各住戶在享用會所設施前(如泳池、健身室、籃球場…等)，均需向會所職員出示住戶証，經核查後及繳交費用後方可使用。此舉保障會所只供翠豐臺業戶使用之權利。
三)加設密碼鎖或智能讀咭器﹕
本中心已備悉並會考慮有關建議。

我也贊成於會所加設聰明卡系統出入, 咁樣做好過會所職員逐個叫出示住客証.
我見通告話天台都要加聰明卡系統, 咁於會所門口加多個聰明卡系統都應該唔難

i suggest and support cancelled the digital door lock system, and all CHANGED TO BE "SMART CARD" system, all Residents shall show their residents' smart card for the identification.

for security purpose, the person who could not show their smart card, security MUST registered their personal information.
