I would like to arouse your attention about the manual noise causing from the study room.
I would like to complain those who use the study room to act as a tutorial place.Some students hire turtorial teachers and have their revision in the study room. Although I know it is high time for those who are sitting for the public exam,I think it is totally unacceptable for a quite place with lots of people studying and reading. How come they can talk non-stop and they must not aware the serious disturbance causing to those who sitting next to them.
Even I have come across that a man making his phone call for more than 5 mins and a women shouted at him and asked him go out and talk. You know, people are annoyed by a little bit of noise.
I think it is important to set a rule for restricting that using the study room for a tutorial place is no allowed.

同意.其實 MO 亦可以考慮將一些低使用率的設施如音樂室或manjong room
以較低的價錢作study room 租出(只需要桌椅及足夠燈光就可以).
