Thank you for organize the above presentation.

However, the reply from CEDD was found disappointing and unacceptable.

1. CEDD replied that 9 號幹線工程 will be extended to March of 2007. Especially the summit terrace section will be completed in the last stage which is very very disappointing. The question is why the construction work can be extended 9 months. (The notice board stated the completion date is June of 2006). Is it possible 270 days for main contractor claimed Extension of Time due to rainly day ??? Of course not.

Please write a letter to CEDD to explain the details of EOT to Main Contractor. Also give a construction program for MO monitoring.

2. CEDD stated daily have 200 workers to carry out the construction work but not doing the summit terrace section due to scheduled to be last completion.

But is it possible to enhance manpower in ST in earlier stage, so that can shorten the final interface work in ST. Remember, their program was delay, they are responsible to speed up their work to minimize the construction period. March 2006 is too long to us.

3. Portion of private area of ST was relased to CEDD within the contract period. But now is exceed the period, we have right not to allow such area for their work.

Base on the above points, hopefully you can write a letter to CEDD to reflect our complaint and dissatification.

如果MO有能力做此大型工程監察,他們一定可同政府出多份SALARY　LA (工程監察總監） 炒左個高官都得
如果MO佢無此方KNOWLEDGE（不過可能有都唔奇）,到時MO都可轉行啦

I also feel disappoint about CEDD的高官表現,他真要比少少心機出來了解翠豐臺段的工程,才好出席此SEMINAR,希望他make 完note,回去真係會做D野
