After referring to the link you attached, the sketch you enclosed in the hkpropertycity forum could not be viewed by us so that it is hard to understand the content you discussed in the forum. For our better understanding the exact area you want Govt. Dept. to improve, please kindly attach the sketch to us at your convenient!

Regarding the abovesaid problem, we have already reported to Highways Dept on 24 July, 2007 under the ref. no: 1-116142766. At the same day, Highways dept's staff arrived at the scene to take some photos & inspection for their folow up action. On 30 July,2007, they called us to give the result of the case. The reply was that the said slope is totally fullfilled the Govt. dept. standard required & no any retification needed. In addition, they advised & reminded us to take care of the slope while acrossing the road particularly for rainy day.

我覺得要強調俾gov dept 知個嚴重性, 依唔係話條路無問題.

條路無問題, 唔代表條路係適合人行架ma....

1. csadmin, do u satisfied with the reply from Highways Dept and what is your follow-up action for us ?

2. Even though it may meet the min standard of Highways Dept on design, if it cause another potential problem to pedestrian (e.g heavy water flow), they may increase the water collection well at higher level of On Yuk Road in order to provide a safer road for us to cross. Remember it is a steep road and the water slippery effect will be higher

His explanation is always truth ---- we have to cross the road safely " even though there is no heavy rainfall"
